As seasons transition, we extend heartfelt gratitude for our collective journey. On 10^th & 11^th January 2026, the Group successfully convened its Management Strategy Conference 2026 in Suzhou, centered on the theme “Spirits Ignited · Competition Embraced · Efficiency Prioritized.” The conference brought together President of the Group Mr. Alan Wei, alongside Vice President of the Group Mr. Gorden Wei, as well as mid-to-senior management and core members from the Group’s headquarters and subsidiaries in Tianjin, Suzhou, Huizhou, Wuhu, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Through a combination of on-site and video-linked sessions, the conference achieved full participation and strong engagement across regions.

At the meeting, President of the Group Mr. Alan Wei delivered a comprehensive review of the Group’s 2025 business performance, affirming the progress achieved across multiple fronts while offering a clear-eyed analysis of existing gaps and challenges. Building on this foundation, the conference clearly articulated the 2026 business objectives and outlined a focused, actionable roadmap for the year ahead. The Group’s 2026 strategy is structured around six strategic dimensions: Business Expansion, Technology Development, Project Delivery, Operational Excellence, Corporate Culture, and Continuous Improvement. 

Leaders from functional departments, business units, and manufacturing sites presented detailed reports on performance results, improvement plans, and strategic initiatives, reinforcing accountability and execution readiness.

Special-topic sessions on technology innovation, market development, tooling, equipment, and materials further deepened cross-functional collaboration and strengthened consensus on key priorities and risk controls.

The blueprint is drawn, and the journey of progress is underway. This conference served not only as a platform for planning and review, but also as a powerful mobilization moment—unifying direction, energizing teams, and reinforcing a performance-driven culture. Taking this conference as a new starting point, all Synergy Hanil team members will move forward with determination, agility, and execution excellence, striving to fully achieve the 2026 business goals and drive the Group toward new heights of sustainable and high-quality growth.
