On the morning of May 9th, prior to the official conference, a dedicated team-building activity was organized to help participants transition into the conference mindset more effectively, boost engagement, and strengthen team cohesion. Through these enjoyable and relaxing activities, colleagues broke down departmental barriers, quickly built rapport, established closer connections, and developed more efficient collaborative thinking.

Technical Module Meeting: The Group’s R&D team conducted comprehensive reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on “material technologies, molds & processes, special equipment, and automation”, aligning closely with customer requirements. Discussions covered research objectives, development pathways, and methodologies for upcoming R&D initiatives. Key agenda items achieved full consensus, with clearly defined action plans for next-step implementation.
The seminar also emphasized that amid an increasingly complex and volatile global economic environment with growing uncertainties, the Group requires all teams – whether in technology, sales, or management – to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset. We must continuously strengthen our crisis awareness and innovation culture, with deep customer service as our guiding principle and high-quality delivery as our ultimate goal. Through sustained, rapid advancements in materials, technologies, processes, equipment, and automation, we will collectively drive the Group’s future growth and development.
